An investor-ready deck in 5 days. No invented numbers. Ever.
You supply the story and the numbers. DeckDone returns a clean 12-slide deck — PowerPoint/Google Slides + PDF — with every figure checked against what you supplied. Fixed price, revision limit in writing, and a free 2-slide teardown if you want to test the quality first.
Try it free first — then $149 intro, first 3 orders. Send 2 slides for a free 2-slide teardown (no obligation). If you want the full deck rebuilt afterwards, the Standard 12-slide deck is $249, or $149 intro for the first 3 orders. Email DeckDone to start.
DEMO — SAMPLE, NOT CLIENT WORK
Watch: the Standard 12, in order (DEMO)
DEMO video: generated sample footage of a deck being edited, the Standard 12 scrolling, and a close-up punch-in. It is not client work, and no real deck, client, or result is shown.
Sample deck viewer — SAMPLE / FICTIONAL
These samples are fictional companies, shown so you can judge the format before you buy. Real client decks are never shared. In a real deck, every number is the client’s own supplied number, checked against the source — never invented.
Sample 1 — Standard 12-slide order (SAMPLE, fictional company “NorthLoop Delivery”)
- Title: NorthLoop Delivery — same-day delivery for neighbourhood shops. (Fictional.)
- Problem: small shops lose local orders to big platforms because they can’t offer same-day delivery. (Fictional framing.)
- Solution: a shared courier network that small shops join in a day, with one booking tool. (Fictional.)
- Product: shop books, courier collects, customer tracks — three steps, one screen each. (Fictional.)
- Market: SAMPLE placeholder — “[Market size to be supplied by the client, with source.]” Deliberately left blank to show DeckDone never invents market sizes.
- Business model: shops pay per delivery + a small monthly fee. (Fictional model.)
- Traction: SAMPLE placeholder — “[Traction figures to be supplied by the client.]” Deliberately not filled with invented traction.
- Competition: big platforms (scale, impersonal) vs. solo couriers (unreliable) vs. NorthLoop (shared, local). (Fictional positioning.)
- Team: three fictional roles — operations, product, sales — one-line backgrounds each (fictional, format only).
- Financials: sample chart format — labelled axes with the source line “Source: client-supplied figures.” No invented values plotted.
- Ask: raising a fictional seed round to fund courier onboarding and two new neighbourhoods. (Fictional ask.)
- Closing: contact + one-line summary. (Fictional.)
Sample 2 — Quick 5-slide format (SAMPLE, fictional company “Fern & Fable”)
- Title: Fern & Fable — a plant shop for first-time plant owners.
- Problem / Opportunity: new plant owners kill plants and stop buying. (Fictional.)
- Solution: shop + care guidance + repotting service. (Fictional.)
- Model + Ask: sales from plants, pots, and care services; seeking a small fit-out loan. (Fictional — no figures stated, per the no-invention rule.)
- Closing: contact + summary line. (Fictional.)
Free teardown — reply format (SAMPLE FORMAT, not a real review)
For each of the 2 slides you share: what’s working (one specific strength, quoted from the slide), what’s confusing (one specific issue), and change this first (one concrete change) — plus one overall note. Teardowns review only the slides shared, never invent numbers, and are never published without your explicit permission.
Sample 3 — Full format, 20 slides (SAMPLE, fictional company “Atlas Tutoring Network”)
A real Full deck (20 slides, $499, 3 revision rounds, 7 days from completed intake) extends the Standard structure with: a detailed product walkthrough (2 slides), a go-to-market plan, unit economics (client-supplied figures only, charted with source lines), a hiring plan, risks + mitigations, a roadmap, and an appendix (additional charts; testimonials only if client-supplied and permissioned).
No slide in a real Full deck carries an invented number, and no testimonial appears without the client's supplied text and permission. This sample is a format note for a fictional tutoring marketplace — not a full 20-slide build, and not client work.
Numbers-consistency check — applied to every real deck before it ships
- Every figure matches the client’s intake numbers; every chart label matches its data.
- Every market-size or statistic slide carries a client-supplied source line, or the number is removed.
- No traction, revenue, user, or growth figure appears unless the client supplied it.
- No testimonial appears unless the client supplied the text and permission.
- Client name, ask, and use of funds exactly as supplied.
Pricing
Standard
$249
12 slides, 2 revision rounds, 5 days from completed intake. Intro price $149 for the first 3 orders.
Full
$499
20 slides + charts/infographics, 3 revision rounds, 7 days from completed intake.

Standard includes design from DeckDone templates, matched to your branding if supplied, with charts and infographics for your supplied numbers. Delivered as PowerPoint/Google Slides + PDF. You own your story and numbers; DeckDone owns its templates only. Your proprietary numbers are never reused in another deck or sample.

Three fictional-company sample decks, clearly labelled as samples, are available so you can judge the format before you buy. Real client decks are never shared.
What each tier actually is — the tier logic
Standard is design execution on founder-supplied content. You supply the story and the numbers; DeckDone structures them into the Standard 12-slide order, designs the deck from DeckDone templates matched to your branding if supplied, and charts your supplied numbers — with the numbers-consistency check applied before it ships. The deck is adapted to your story: slides are reordered or swapped where your story demands it.
Full is the larger tier. It extends the Standard structure to 20 slides with charts/infographics, adding the sections a longer deck carries: a detailed product walkthrough (2 slides), a go-to-market plan, unit economics (client-supplied figures only, charted with source lines), a hiring plan, risks and mitigations, a roadmap, and an appendix (additional charts; testimonials only if client-supplied and permissioned).
Quick is the short form. A 5-slide teaser or short deck, for a lender, partner, or first conversation — not a cut-down investor deck with slides missing.
No tier includes business-plan writing, financial modelling from scratch, or investor outreach, and no tier carries a fundraising guarantee. If you do not supply a number, the slide says so or the slide is cut — in every tier.
Free 2-slide teardown — try the quality first
Already have a deck? Send 2 slides and get a free teardown — what's working, what's confusing an investor, and the one change that matters most. No obligation, no follow-up pitch unless you ask.
How it works: share your deck (or just the 2 slides you most want reviewed) plus one line on who you're pitching. DeckDone sends back a short teardown: per slide, what's working, what's confusing, and the one change that matters most. Teardowns are answered in order received.
DeckDone reviews only the slides you shared, never invents your numbers or rewrites your story, and never publishes your deck or teardown publicly without your explicit permission. If you want the full deck rebuilt afterwards, the Standard deck is $249 ($149 intro, first 3 orders) — but there's no obligation.
How it works
- Complete the intake form. Story, numbers, existing deck, deadline, branding. No call required.
- DeckDone designs + checks. Draft, then a numbers-consistency check: every figure matched to your source numbers, every chart labelled, no invented stats.
- Revision rounds (Standard 2, Full 3, Quick 1) — one consolidated change list per round. Further rounds are paid add-ons, quoted before work starts on them.
- Delivery as PowerPoint/Google Slides + PDF.
After you submit the intake: DeckDone will confirm intake is complete — or tell you exactly what is missing — and confirm your delivery date. For Full decks, the intake form must be complete before payment is accepted.
The numbers-consistency check — on every deck
Before any deck ships, DeckDone checks: every figure on every slide matches the client's source numbers; every chart label matches its data; no statistic appears without a client-supplied source or a source line the client approved. Any mismatch is fixed or the figure is removed before delivery.
If you don't supply a number, the slide says so or the slide is cut — it is never filled with a guess. An invented number in an investor deck is the reputation-killing failure for this service; it is never risked for speed.
The clock rule (important)
Delivery days count from completed intake, not from payment. Intake not complete within 7 days of payment pauses the order and you are notified. DeckDone will chase missing inputs once, in writing. For Full decks, intake must be complete before payment is accepted.
A paused order is not a delivered order — it doesn't silently become a refund backlog or a rushed deck.
What's NOT included
Fundraising guarantees (a deck is design + structure, not a promise of investment), business-plan writing, financial modelling from scratch, investor outreach, video or animated decks, and — absolutely — invented numbers.
Refund / cancel terms
Payment is upfront. Full refund before design work starts. Paused, unstarted orders: case by case (under $50 automatic, $50+ escalated to the owner). Once design has started, case by case on the same rule. No refunds for fundraising outcomes.
Who this is for
Pre-seed/seed founders preparing investor outreach, and small businesses needing a lender or partner deck. You already know you need a deck — the sale is speed + fixed price, not education.
Who this is NOT for
Founders with no story and no numbers yet (there is nothing to design from — come back when the story exists); anyone wanting a guaranteed fundraise; anyone wanting a business plan or financial model built from scratch.
Frequently asked questions
What if I have no traction yet?
Say so on the intake form. DeckDone structures the deck honestly around the story instead of inventing traction.
Do you write my business plan?
No. DeckDone designs the deck from your story and numbers.
Can you guarantee I’ll raise?
No. No one honest can, and DeckDone never claims it.
What if my intake stalls?
The order pauses at the 7-day deadline and you’re notified — it doesn’t silently become a refund backlog or a rushed deck.
How is the price set — per deck or per hour?
Per deck, at a fixed price, paid upfront: Standard $249 (intro $149 for the first 3 orders), Full $499, Quick $99. There is no hourly meter, and further revision rounds beyond the included rounds are paid add-ons, quoted before work starts on them.
What is the timeline, exactly?
Delivery days count from completed intake, not from payment: Standard 5 days, Full 7 days, Quick 3 days. If intake is not complete within 7 days of payment, the order pauses and you are notified. For Full decks, intake must be complete before payment is accepted.
How many revision rounds do I get?
Standard 2 rounds, Full 3 rounds, Quick 1 round. A revision round means one consolidated list of changes, addressed in one pass.
What files do I receive, and who owns what?
Delivery is as PowerPoint/Google Slides + PDF — the editable source files plus the PDF. You own your story and numbers; DeckDone owns its templates only. Your proprietary numbers are never reused in another deck or sample.
What do I need to supply?
Your story in 5 sentences or fewer, your numbers (write “none yet” or “pre-traction” rather than inventing), any existing deck, your deadline, your branding if any, and — only if you have a sourced figure — your market size with its source. No call is required.
